Probably just picked them off the shelf and shipped them because I had to follow up 2 days later to see why they had not shipped already.

My rabbit loves these! One tunnel provides 2-3 weeks of chewing for him, plus he loves to run through it and hide under it. Even when it falls apart, he will still chew the willow bits until just a few sticks are left. He seems to really enjoy it. He prefers to chew the twig tunnel over anything else, so this product keeps him from chewing things he shouldn't. Originally we purchased this tunnel for $16 at a popular pet store chain, and our two guinea pigs LOVED it to pieces -literally! When I saw it for much cheaper on amazon, I had to grab up several! We are now on our third woven tunnel since June 2012. Although our guinea pig really loves hiding out in them, he also really loves gnawing on them! We like to keep him happy, so we will keep ordering these tunnels. It also keeps his teeth healthy too. Highly recommend for guinea pig owners.
My cats are always walking around the house rubbing their heads on stuff, so when I saw this thing, I imagined them totally loving it (it seemed to be way more satisfying than a wooden coffee table). They investigated it as soon as I took it out of the box, but never caught on to the idea to use it as a grooming tool. The bristles are surprisingly stiff (it leaves scratch marks when I run the back of my hand across the top of it!), so maybe that's why they don't want to use it. They have short hair and it might be too rough for them. They do like to scratch the base of it, however, the whole this is so light in weight that I had to set two of my 5lb handweights on it so it holds still while they scratch. Great idea, bad design.

I bought an identical product from a pet store about 6 years ago. The cats were all over it for 15 minutes, then didn't touch it. We held on to the darn thing, but didn't see much use in keeping it. Then, about two years ago, I was looking at it and noticed a few things. 1) It was full of cat hair and 2) The bristles were starting to get worn out. They were using it! Since then, I've seen them using it to scratch their little chins when no one is available to do it for them. So, just because you don't see them use it, that doesn't mean they aren't when you're not around. After much use, Santa is bringing the kitties a replacement this year. They'll be so happy to see it.
Were okay would like to see them in a smaller size. Would have like to have them as a 1 cup size instead of the 1.5 cup just to big for a small papillon dog.
I bought this because I've had more of these and they last much longer than most toys our dogs manage to get their cute little jaws on.
This crate will do the job for a SMALL dog. We bought this for our bichon, and she uses it. It is lightweight and easy to fold down for traveling. No issues with the wires bending since we're dealing with small dogs who aren't as powerful as the bigger dogs. The tray is as comparable to a more expensive crate that we have for our maltese. The price is very reasonable, and it does the job.

My Maltese love this toy. However they figured it out quickly. More difficult than Tornado & definitely harder to do than the Brick. It is amazing how fast they learned & were able to do the necessary steps to get the treats from the compartments. My Maltese weigh 4.8LBS. & 6.8LBS. & are 11 & 12 years very young, so any size or age dogs can learn to play.

This is a cool toy. Our dog really loves it. She is a German Shepherd and gets bored easy, so it keeps her entertained. The bad thing about this toy is that those little plastic bone pieces you can put on to make it harder are a choking hazard. I put some on and our dog removed one and starting chewing on it like she was going to swallow it. I pulled it out of her mouth as fast as I could so she didn't choke. If she had tried to swallow it, she would have choked for sure because of the shape of the piece. My Siberian Husky loves this product. However, the "bone" pieces were no match for him...he chewed the ends to pieces the first day, so now they won't fit in the puzzle. If your dog is a good chewer, maybe putting bitter tasting stuff on the ends of the pegs would prevent this (too late for me). Disappointing because it is so expensive and also because the dog loved it. He has not destroyed the main part...I still put treats in the triangular sections for him and he gets a kick out of it.
The cats like the tree, however, it would have been helpful if there had been instructions on how to assemble the item included in the box.
This thing is massive, and makes a huge thud if your dog lets it land. Our dog was so excited when she saw it, and it lasted her much longer than the large size we normally get her. The top ball is the size of a tennis ball, and the middle ball is somewhere between a softball and a grape fruit in size.

My Danes love this thing and haven't destroyed it yet! Very durable and a lot bigger than I expected. Would recommended for any large breed.
I liked these and they work pretty well. I didn't realize when I bought them that they didn't have elastic around the sides, they don't stay in place as well as some of the others with the elastic around the sides. I still use them and they've held up well to washing and wearing. I love the camo print.
First of all, this bed is not made very well because since I've had it (less than two months), I've had to sew up seams that were not reinforced very well. The product description says it's for large dogs so you think it could sustain the weight of my 75 pound dobie. Also, it's not the easiest thing to clean, even though it says it's machine washable. First you have to remove the pillow in the main section and then (and here's the real pain), you need to remove all the stuffing, the brown stuffing that goes around the outer section, wash the bed and then put all the stuffing bag and like folding a road map, you never get it back the way it originally came. It's a hassle. I would not recommend this product.

Great leash...the clip is nice--such a great feature (I actually made my mom jealous and want one for her dog when I showed my dog's new leash to her). I do wish the clip were slightly bigger, though, because it doesn't fit rings that are thicker (like on my dog's car harness). Not a super big deal...I just make sure she wears her collar then when she wears that harness. The handle is also really small, but if you have small hands (like me) it is perfect and feels secure--almost like it is holding onto you and not vice versa. I love this leash! It is such a pretty color, too.

We read all the reviews before purchasing, and decided to see what this clip is all about. We love it! Puppies wriggle and wriggle and it's often hard to get leashes on and off the collar. Not with this clip! The leash itself is durable, and we've had no problems with the retractable mechanism.
Both of my dogs love this toy! They play with the pieces constantly (the toy twists apart into two separate pieces it spends most of its time divided up instead of twisted together). It is built well and has withstood many games of tug of war and fetch in the month I've had it. It probably isn't indestructible, so it might not hold up to more aggressive chewers/toy destroyers, but for average dog play I have been pleasantly surprised with the quality.

Good toy so far, 2 boxers have been plaing with it for about a month. I can't say it's their favorite but they do play with it and its held up.
These are the very best puffs for retriever cats. My little cat will chase other company's puffs but not retrieve them. The Rascal puffs are small enough and soft enough that they are inviting to carry back to me. They stand up to hard play and are machine washable and dryable. My parakeet has always loved running around in front of my full length mirror so I figured I'd get him his own for his cage. I put this in his cage and he was only scared of it for about 10 seconds before realizing what it was. As soon as he discovered it he was basically glued to it. I left it in his cage for about a week, but realized that ever since it had been in there he was biting me more every time I tried to handle him and being a lot less affectionate towards me since his "new friend" came. I've taken it out of the cage and only plan on putting it back in if I go out of town or are away for any reason. He does love it though so the four stars are for him not me.

The Edge Frame is mirrored and it has more depth to it than I thought. My Parakeets tend to stay away from it, I wonder if it's because it sticks out so far. Overall it seems to be well made, pretty typical plastic toy for Parakeets.

Cats all loved them. One was destroyed in less than 2 days. The other has been smacked around for the last 2 weeks. Cats pick them up and run with them in their mouthes....which is kind of funny and amusing. They are made of straw type material. Not going to last very long. Better these get torn up then my furniture or unattended items.
