The cats like the tree, however, it would have been helpful if there had been instructions on how to assemble the item included in the box.
A little small for my husky kitty. Also the dangly ball toys make it difficult for the cats to sit under it. However it does have the option of unscrewing that part to leave it open for the cats to lay.

item was chosen as a gift for it's levels & diverse appearance. The receipent was very pleased with the gift & their 3 cats assisted them putting the tree together. Cats were disappointed that it took their owner's so long, owner said was a little more complicated then the others they had but were still pleased with Kitty Tree condo.
