I got this harness and leash set for my cat who weighs around 10-13 lbs. She looks so cute in it and the medium fits her fine. The material feels strong. I tried pulling it to see if she could possibly break the mesh but it doesn't feel like it's going to break. It's not a stretchy mesh, but more of a hard mesh. The company also threw in a free little dog toy that I gave to my dog. I am giving this 5 stars.**Edit: My cat can easily get out of this harness even when I tighten it all the way. Be careful when using this with cats if you plan to take them outside in it.

This "super" refill has an extra feather in it and it does seem to last a little longer than the regular refills, but because it has that extra feather, it doesn't flutter in the air and my cats were not as interested in it.They do really like it if I swish it across the floor -they chase it and pounce on it. But if I swing it through the air, they just watch it and don't leap. As soon as I get out a regular refill with two feathers, they are leaping through the air again.

My Cats love Da Bird but unfortunately PetSmart no longer carries them so I purchased them off Amazon. I don't understand why others have said their Bird does not "FLUTTER," as ours does not have that problem. It is possible they received one that is defective. I cannot attest if these last longer as my two younger cats put a death bite on them.Overall, my cats love them so I will continue to purchase them. Have had two of these and five or so of the original two-feather model. As others have said, the original flutters in a way that brings the cats running from far reaches of the house. This deluxe model sometimes spins but doesn't make the same noise and so isn't as exciting. I purchases the new Da Bird Super wand with the better feathers and I also bought 2 refills of the Da Bird Super Refill. I decided to by the extra feathers because I have 15 cats 12 of which are large Maine Coons. I figure with so many cats that no matter how good the feathers were that they would not last. I received it today and have already had three hour long play sessions. You can image that many cats at one time a vying for the feather that it would be destroyed, but there is very little wear and tear. These cats get the feather in their mouth (very big teeth) or trapped with their very larger claws and between them pulling it from each other or me pulling it from them it is in great shape. Before I switched to Felidae Grain free, my cat was vomiting frequently. I think it was due to food allergies (either to grain or food coloring maybe) Since switching she has only thrown up one time! You can only imagine how happy I am to not have to clean up vomit every other day!

We got his diabetes under control with insulin but I began researching diet information to help us. All of my research led us to try Felidae grain free. I spent two weeks carefully switching Louis (and the four girls) from dry Iams to Felidae. I was immediately able to decrease his insulin and by the time I had him totally on Felidae we were able to discontinue insulin totally. All with our veterinarian's supervision, a consistent feeding schedule and measured amounts. (It has not been effortless but it has been worthwhile.) Louis has been insulin free for two weeks now. All five cats (ages 5 to 19) love the food. Their stools are good, their coats look wonderful & they haven't vomited for weeks. YAY!I've been on the hunt for high quality, yet affordable cat food for my little ones the past few months. I decided to order a case of Felidae (along with a case of Pet Guard Fish, Chicken & Liver Food for Cats). Well, they love the Petguard but absolutely hate the Felidae, all three of them sniffed/licked it and looked at me like "you're kidding..right?" Even mixing in some of their old food and gradually trying to change them over wouldn't work, they'd sniff it and walk off.
They LOVE the Petguard though and will inhale it the second I put it on their plates, so at least I discovered one good food they'll eat. I guess I'll donate the 8 cans of Felidae I have left to the local shelter. Despite the fact my cats wouldn't eat it I still gave it 3 stars because it IS a great quality food...if your cats will eat it.

This is a great toy. I had to replace the last Elmer the Elephant which my dog had for like 6 months. He loves this thing and he is an avid chewer. It holds up great except the the little tail. My dog nawed that off. The ears on this toy are tougher than the tail and hold up great even to his chewing. Replaced the last toy because of the tail and it was getting all worned from use and was dirty. Great price so bought another one. Ethical 4 Shimmer Balls Cat Toys
I adopted two 2-year-old cats about a month ago, and have been experimenting to see what kind of toys they like best. So far, the Shimmer Balls are their favorites. They go nuts over these! I've gotten a few other balls that don't make any noise, which are mostly ignored...despite enticements like a flashing light, or wobbly rolling. Nope, it needs to make noise like these do. And they like the shiny. I like the shiny too, because it helps me find them when they've been batted behind a fake plant! Aside from batting them around on their own, they also love for me to toss them down the hallway so they can gallop after them. Neither are showing any inclination to fetch them back for me to do it again, though. Darn. ;) This means they crouch by them, looking between me and the ball impatiently, waiting for the slow human to come get it and throw it again. So the Shimmer Balls also encourage human exercise. *g*Since they've already managed to permanently hide two of the balls after a couple of weeks, I can tell I'm going to need to keep a regular supply on hand. If I find them in a larger package, I'll be getting it. 5 claws up!

Now that it is winter in Canada and it's pitch black at 4pm, our night hikes in the woods are something out of a scary movie and our little offroading Chihuahua is impossible to find even when she's at our heels. Enter this little bad boy. We had concerns about size and weight as she is only 7lbs, but it is lightweight and not TOO bright as we worried if it was as bright as our big dogs collars it would blind her. It doesn't and she is much more confident knowing we can see her and she us.The only small negative is that where you "click" to turn on our off is a small square about the size of a half a pack of old school gum (think Wrigley's or something)...anyhow, it is in the sleeve of fabric but open on either side so it likes to slide out of it's casing. A little stitch on one side solves the issue though.
I will update again in 6 months about longevity and water resistance :)

After purchasing our second extra large cool pad in a month, please be aware that the covering for the pad is fatally flawed. After just three weeks, small cracks developed in the cover on both sides.Our retailer replaced the cool pad and within a week the second cool pad cover was showing signs of wear including another long crack.
Our 76 pound golden loves the pad, but it is clear that the material used to cover the pad is not adequate to handle normal usage of a large dog.
We assumed that since the cool pad is sold without an additional cover that the covering was capable of handling large dogs.
It is not.
In our opinion this very expensive pad, while a great idea, simply needs to have a much tougher cover.
Large dog owners should be very cautious if you purchase is for a large dog.

I am a huge believer in this product. My senior Golden needed the support of his orthopedic bed, but it always made him hot and he'd he go lay on the closet patch of cold, hard tile to cool off, which is not ideal for his joints. We found the perfect compromise with this product, as the coolness lures him onto his bed, and once it activates on touch with the cooling effect, he settles in for the entire night on his supportive bed. The best part is that he settles in so well that he stays on it for many hours in a row. After 3-4 hours, the pad actually warms up in correspondence to his body temperature, which is a great benefit to his arthritis. Like many other reviewers, I did not want to order something messy and water-filled or electric for safety reasons and for ease when we travel. I also wanted to mention that I believe the other reviews about the covering of the product may be outdated; the cover on ours is not fabric and has yet to display any wear and tear. I was excited for this product to work as well as it claims. When I travel with my dog, she gets hot inside her carrying bag, so I thought this would be great to put in the bottom of the bag to keep her cool. However, this mat really doesn't get cool on its own at all. The cooling function is supposed to be weight activated, but I couldn't feel any temperature change after she had sat on it for an hour.I was also looking for something cold for her to lie on in my apartment. Honestly the tile floors in my kitchen stay cooler longer than this mat.
The mat's only redeeming quality is that it does get quite cold and stay that way for a few hours if I put it in the fridge or freezer beforehand. I'll probably just use it that way from now on. Not a total waste, but not anywhere near as good as this product claims to be.

We have had our Dachshund puppy for two weeks now and this particular toy is her least favorite thus far. I have tried Kongs of every shape and size, with every kind of goop on them. My standard poodles just dont like rubber to chew. Maybe not the fault of the toy, but Kongs get so much hype it kind of bugs me. They are NOT the "go to" toy that all dogs love. They are rubber. This chew stick is messy, so you will want to try it out on a washable surface.My dogs prefer antlers and bully sticks. The real thing. They could care less about rubber toys (unless the toy has a squeak they can kill.)

My cat was in the box laying on the pieces before I could get them all out. The assembly was a bit complicated since it's just a picture that shows you where to put which screws, but it was well worth the hour and frustration. It's exactly what it looks like, my cat especially loves the little nook when she wants some privacy and the scratching posts have kept her away from the arms of my recliner. It arrived the day it said it would and in perfect condition. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a cheap and stylish solution to show your cat how much you love them. This product is great for the cats to jump and play...It looked just like the online picture. I recommend you get one especially if you have multiple cats.It was delivered very quick... I ordered this on the Dec 22 and I received it on Dec 24th early. Wasn't looking for it to be delivered until well after the holidays.
My problems came with the assembly. There are no directions just one sheet with the picture, which is not quite clear. Some of the screws doesn't fit in the place where the picture shows.. so you have to keep screwing and unscrewing screws until you figure out which one gone where. I spent about 2 1/2 to 3 hours on this.
I gave it four stars because its well worth it after you finally get it all together.

This is a very tall cat tree (almost to the top of our 9' ceiling) so my cats love the height so they can get a good view of what is going on in their domain! We have it set up in the corner of the dining room right by the kitchen and one of our cats likes to lay on one of the higher beds which sticks out a tad so he can see what we are doing in the kitchen (in case we are preparing food in his bowl). Perfectly adorable! The material is the soft faux fur rather than carpeting and it is a welcome change. The cats seem to really enjoy visiting all of the places there are to lay down and hide on this tree. Our cats range in size and none of them (including our HUGE cat) finds the spaces too small. The directions are lacking. Just pictures which we found quite frustrating until my teen figured out that the numbers are there to be followed rather than how we were putting it together (bottom to top). Cats love it easy to put together cardboard post with the rope wrapped around them are weak after a couple of uses they started to bend so I had to reinforce them!

However, neither of them are really sitting on it..I do not know if it is he material (sort of feels like soft fur) or if there is a smell to it that I am not detecting. Also, although black and white is nice, I would have prefered more neutral colors.

After seeing the Petsmart commercial which featured a Doxie and his Loofa Dog "Bobo." I decided to take my 4 month old GSD Sasha to Petsmart and see if she'd be interested in one. She's pretty picky about toys, but so far we've discovered her favorites are plush and MUST squeak.Loofa dogs have two squeakers. One regular type in the nose and a long skinny squeaker in the body that makes an odd quacking sound. f
After about a month the tummy squeaker has been crushed by her constant chewing, but "Bobo" still has both ears, all four feet and all his stuffing. Sasha's last plush squeaker didn't last half that long before I had to perform squeaker replacement surgery since she had ripped a hole in it's back and removed it along with some of the stuffing.
Bobo is doing great.. And I'm now looking for a longer one to get her.
