My cat was in the box laying on the pieces before I could get them all out. The assembly was a bit complicated since it's just a picture that shows you where to put which screws, but it was well worth the hour and frustration. It's exactly what it looks like, my cat especially loves the little nook when she wants some privacy and the scratching posts have kept her away from the arms of my recliner. It arrived the day it said it would and in perfect condition. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a cheap and stylish solution to show your cat how much you love them. (lol)

Overall the cat tree is huge and amazing and my cat is already on it! Shipping was fast but the box was practically torn apart. I hold this to the fault of FedEx though not the seller. However, like other reviewers, my product came with a picture and no directions (I'm glad the seller just assumes everyone is of above-average intelligence and can figure this out on their own). There were some missing bolts. I'm lucky that I have a drill and was able to ghetto rig it. I recommend gorilla glue to reinforce the strength of the bolts.

Still, despite my problems, the cat tree is awesome, heavy and strong. The problems are really not much of an issue with the price, even after shipping, is considerably less than competitors. Overall, recommended.

This product is great for the cats to jump and play...It looked just like the online picture. I recommend you get one especially if you have multiple cats.

It was delivered very quick... I ordered this on the Dec 22 and I received it on Dec 24th early. Wasn't looking for it to be delivered until well after the holidays.

My problems came with the assembly. There are no directions just one sheet with the picture, which is not quite clear. Some of the screws doesn't fit in the place where the picture shows.. so you have to keep screwing and unscrewing screws until you figure out which one gone where. I spent about 2 1/2 to 3 hours on this.

I gave it four stars because its well worth it after you finally get it all together.

This is a very tall cat tree (almost to the top of our 9' ceiling) so my cats love the height so they can get a good view of what is going on in their domain! We have it set up in the corner of the dining room right by the kitchen and one of our cats likes to lay on one of the higher beds which sticks out a tad so he can see what we are doing in the kitchen (in case we are preparing food in his bowl). Perfectly adorable! The material is the soft faux fur rather than carpeting and it is a welcome change. The cats seem to really enjoy visiting all of the places there are to lay down and hide on this tree. Our cats range in size and none of them (including our HUGE cat) finds the spaces too small. The directions are lacking. Just pictures which we found quite frustrating until my teen figured out that the numbers are there to be followed rather than how we were putting it together (bottom to top). That aside, I would buy this again! Enjoy!
