My only problem with it is that the zipper on the "door" gets a little stuck at times on the stiffener which surrounds the door. Other than that, it's fine -puppy is happy and content and the mattress is very comfortable. I had to wash it baby had an accident and it washed beautifully.

As soon as I got it together,my 3 cats fighting over who was going to sleep in it! It is the first soft sided carrier I have had that is escape proof! I plan to order 2 more.

This was just right for our 10lb cat. This carrier fit under the stingy Southwest Airlines 10in carry-on space under the seat. Our kitty was comfy the whole way. Lots of features, pockets, privacy panels, internal leash make this the best option for us. Great product.

So i received my bag it was great the color was not what i thought .. I thought i be more pink. but i like the color .. its more of reddish color . the thing is the first rod that goes on the top for some reason shredded and broke after a week of use.. but the seller exchanged it promptly i think it was just a fluke. great compy and privet for my cat and she likes it..
