Eeeks Cat Toy Set of 3

First of all, these cat toys are AWESOME and I'd love to give this five stars but can't because what I received did not match the description.

Fat Cat is mine and my cat's favorite brand of cat toys and of them all this is the best. My cat has an old grey mouse just like these that I've had for almost 5 years but he tends to get it lost so is only allowed to have it once in a while. Despite its age he still loves it more than any of his other toys.

Point being, I decided to try and track down some more of these since I can no longer find them at PetSmart (where I originally used to find this brand) or other local pet stores. Everywhere I looked I could only find the pink and brown ones. Yeah I know my cat doesn't care, but I wanted the grey one! I ordered this set because the description says it comes with one of each color; GREY, pink, and brown.

I was skeptical because although this seller offers both the pink and brown mouse individually, they do not offer the grey one so I was skeptical as to whether the set really would include grey. But, the description says it did, so silly me, I believed the description to be accurate and went ahead and ordered it. I received a set of three containing two pink mice (bleah, again I know my cat doesn't care, but I don't care for pink at all) and one brown one. I was disappointed and unfortunately not surprised by the fact that what I got didn't match the advertised description. Had the description been accurate I would have instead purchased one of the individual brown mice instead of a set of three.

If you don't care about the color at all, these cat toys are amazing and I think they are worth the price. They're fairly simple but they continue to hold my cat's attention long after he's forgotten his other toys and shaking one of them (it has a little shaker inside for noise) always gets his immediate attention.

All in all, this is an awesome toy and I highly recommend it, just don't purchase the set if you're wanting specific colors. It appears that you get an assortment of what they have rather than the three colors the description actually mentions. Had the description been accurate I would have given it 5 stars; the loss of a star is due to the inaccurate description by the seller and is not a reflection on the product itself.

UPDATE....

Seller called me asap (on a Saturday even!) to resolve the issue. I was thrilled with the awesome customer service. The seller informed me the description was from an automated listing by Amazon and they did not realize previously that the description was inaccurate. Seller agreed to try and track down what I'm looking for and if that's not possible to offer a discount on a next purchase and work with Amazon about correcting the item description. Despite not getting exactly what I was wanting, I'm still changing this to 5 stars due to the excellent and prompt customer service by myhoovesandpaws. Thanks!
