I bought these on clearance, not expecting much but my one old cat goes crazy for them, the younger one doesn't care. They bounce around too so he gets a good chase in as well. I also love not having to bother with refilling with catnip or catnip spilling on the carpet and encouraging scratching. The treat pocket isn't really usable for my cat but he doesn't seem to care. Overall it is a nice toy and a different approach to catnip. Though I feel that cat toys and their success and reviews are highly dependent on the cat. Go for it if you think it is worth it, I am glad I did.

Our cat loves these and chews on them until they fall apart. They are getting hard to find in stores.

I have a 1 year old active cat who loves toys of any shape and variety except these, apparently. I tried treats inside, the catnip bags, even bells. But she would just bat it around once and then look for something more interesting to play with (including pencils, chapsticks, and nearly anything else left on a desk or table). They ended up sitting on the floor where I'd end up stepping on/tripping on the stupid things.

I've been really wanting a Kong type toy for cats, for some reason they don't exist (why?) and these work as a pretty good alternative. The tough material and narrow food slot make it a bit of a pain to fill with wet food like I was intending, but of course make it a great chew toy.

4 stars because the tail simply doesn't hold up; my 5 month old kitten chewed it right off in less than 5 minutes.

Could not get any of my cats to play with these, let along chew on them. Tried them at the shelter and ditto soundly rejected by all 75+ cats / kittens. Good idea, but material, smell, taste, etc. are all wrong for cats. Sadness.
