Yeowww! Catnip Toy, Apple

I bought one of these at my vet's a few years ago and one of my cats loved it. It obviously has lost it's punch. My vet no longer carries this shape (or the rainbow) so I'm happy to see them both on line. All of my cats have also lioved the banana, but oddly not the cigar or pollack fish. I wasn't fond of the cigar either (kept thinking it was something else on the floor!). Never tried the lemon or balls. If you cats like loose catnip, this brand is a really good choice too. I rate this 5 stars because my cat loves it, however cats are individuals and dare I say sometimes picky. This is a large squishy shape. He likes to sit with it between his Front paws and rub and lick it. If your cat likes to "shred" using his back claws, than the banana might be a better choice. Both my cats enjoy that one too.

I have used this product before and purchased them where I used to live close to Chicagoland. I now live in a rural area and traveled 50 miles to go to 2 large (big name) pet supply stores and could not find them at all. I ordered three types of these, the apple, the banana and a small yellow square. My cats (all 9) LOVE these. These beat any toy I have ever purchased or made. They hug the apple and rub their face against it and hug it some more. The smell of the catnip is very obvious and the items are well made with "tough" fabric that hold up to the hugs and kicks. Anyone who wants to put a bit of "spring" back into the step of a docile or older cat should try these. The price is a bit high which held me back from ordering more, but I will be a repeat customer and my cats will love me for it.

I love Yeowww catnip toys and got an assortment of them when I decided to get rid of the toys with filler, which can be potentially hazardous to your cat.

The good thing about the Yeowww items is they are just a tough outer fabric and inside is really good catnip. I mean, REALLY good catnip.

The apple sounded interesting, but this is the toy that seems to just stay in the corner and only get batted occasionally. My cats prefer the banana, fish, rainbow, and cigar out of the whole assortment.

They do play with it and rub against it once in awhile and I am glad I bought it. It isnt there most used toy but they do like it.
