When I opened the packaging it was already broken. It is a cheap toy and I suppose you get what you paid for. That is why I didnt complain. The bells were broken off one of the ends and was not able to be attached again. Also, the feathers start to fall out instantly. I have picked up tons of pink feathers all over the house. I hate to write a bad review, but just warning others that this toy will not last. You are better off getting balls.Save 21% Off
