Item is NOT the one shown in product photo. Actual item has a small area at the bottom where the scratcher/groomer is located the remainder (approx. 3/4 of post) of height is sisal covered post. Very disappointed and returned immediately. I want the grooming cat post, not a sisal scratcher.

My cat uses it maybe once a week. I tried catnip and playing with her around the post. My other cat will not even touch it.
