My dog shreds every "chew/squeaky toy" that I get for her. This KONG Cozie is very durable and my dog can not get to the "squeaker" and the eyes are not buttons so she has not pulled them out. It only has one "squeaker" but it is still a 4 star purchase.

I ordered the Cozie I thought looked coziest to give to our new old dog... the blue one. However , it sat on the floor for weeks, having been nudged out of touching range by it's true owner (our 8 year old lab/beagle mix who is a quiet, wary rescue) Edith pushed the Cozie off the sofa, out of her bed, out of her crate...UNTIL I washed it in baby shampoo! Now she does indeed cozy up to her Cozie. There must have been an odor to this now truly cuddly item. This toy is adorable, and my two Maltese dogs love playing with it. They were able to rip it up a bit, so it was not quite as strong as I was hoping for, but it is lasting much longer than some other brands, so it was a good buy. Our westie received this "blue dog" from her breeder about a year ago, she sleeps with it every night, it's special to her. One of the arms is not slightly torn from a battle of tug of war with our other westie. Their human needs to mend it. Our Willows' name with the breeder was Blue so we call this toy Blue dog and she knows exactly what toy we are referring to.
