The product was poorly made. The carpet had globs of glue on it. The cute paw print was half glued on and pulled right off. The string holding the balls on it was so thin that the kittens (7 weeks old) ripped them ALL off in less than 24 hrs after we gave it to them. I was very disappointed with this product. I didn't send it back because the shipping was very expensive and non refundable. Do not buy this product.

My two cats love this cat scratcher, the only problem with it is that the base is not heavy enough to support the cats sitting on the shelf part. they jump on it and it falls over. Other than that they love it.

I received this as a gift yesterday. My kitten is just a little over 5 months old. She immediately fell in love with it.

However, she broke one of the white "arms" off within 30 minutes of playing with it. She pounced from the ledge on to the

arm and it just snapped off. My husband attempted to repair it, but it can't be fixed.

It is very sad as this has a lot of nice features to it. I am really surprised that such a small kitten could break it. I would imagine other people must be having similar problems with it.

This is not very well made. The fabric tore easily and the screws came lose all the time. Also one of the play arms came off. It lasted 2 wks with 2 8week old kittens. Not worth the $$$.
