Hartz Peek n Play Cat Toy

This is a unique toy in the way that the mice inside sort of "spring" around inside the circle with the touch of the cat's paw, but the problem here is that the hole where the paw is supposed to go in order for that happen is only big enough for small kittens.

My kitten was just under six months when I got this for her and she has tried to play with it and then she is disappointed to find she can't make the mouse do much of anything because her paws don't fit. The feather "dangler" on top is also quite short and small. It has never kept her attention for more than a couple seconds.

Overall I think this toy may engage a very small kitten, but probably isn't the best choice for an older kitten or fully grown cat.

My cat plays with this toy quite often and has a lot of fun with it. I'm happy, he's happy!!

This is a pretty good toy. My kitten really enjoys it. The only complaints I have that prevented me from giving it 5 stars is the flimsy plastic of the arm that holds the feather. My kitten has bent the plastic arm quite a bit through many attacks and I don't think the toy has much life left in it and we've only had it for 2 weeks. The feather is very tattered and I don't think it will survive much longer either. The plus side is the base is sturdy and the little mice inside are fun for my kitten. Also, the assembly is very easy, just insert the arm into the base and done.
