Ethical Contempo Finn Food and Treat Dispenser for Dogs

As the title indicates, due to the small holes, you will need to fill the kibble in piece by piece. At the same time, the smaller holes are what makes this toy good, because it takes a while to get the kibble out of it. I don't bother with larger hole toys because they only offer a split second of entertainment for my dog before the contents are gone.

I have a ton of treat dispensers for my dog, including my current favorite, the bottle with the rubber tug piece (not sure what it is called), and Orbee balls I use as treat dispensers because of their smaller holes. This one is a bit different, as my dog instantloy started to chew it in order to get the kibble out. She is not a chewer at all, and I would have thought that she would throw/push the toy around, but she knew how to work this thing form the get-go.

It takes her a while to get the kibble out, which is good, but the filling takes a while. Because of this, I only use it every now and then.

Material: good quality rubber; smells nice.

My 1 yr old cocker spaniel, who has never destroyed any other toy, had this shredded in 15 minutes. My other cocker couldn't get any pieces out and got bored with it. Don't bother

this is an amazing toy that i never thought my dog would like...but she loves it

in fact now she never goes to her bowl for her dinner she uses this all the time and i have to say it amuses me to watch her playing with it, and i can keep an eye on how much she is eating day to day

she uses the easy end to get her food out but just watching her throw it around is amazing as she is a shitzu bichon and this food dispenser is quite big for her, but she loves it

so i have now ordered another one for my moms dog

I could not tell from the photo or description how big this chewy would be. My 4# puppy is big into chewing and I have gotten her a couple of treat dispensing chew toys and they have really caught her attention and kept her away from my wicker furniture and shoes. I ordered this and could not believe it when it came. It is almost a foot long and as wide as my forearm. When full grown, my doggie could never handle this! It looks good though, and I liked it so much I decided to give it to my cousin who has a laborador retreiver for some fun for him.

UPDATE: I gave this to the bigger dog owner. It was reported that it took the dog about two hours of determined labor to chew the entire end off of this toy so he could gobble up the treats within. Ruined for stated purpose.
