Well, there's another review by someone else on this product, and it sums it up well. All that's in the large envelope that this thing comes in is 8 pieces of cardboard that is 'kinda' scored to help you fold it, and a really, really bad 'instruction booklet'. It's more like something someone wrote on a cocktail napkin. As a result, Christmas morning or whenever you give this and you can expect lots of paper cuts, tears in the cardboard, and swearing. Lots and lots of swearing. "Suck UK" is right. I couldn't find anything on the internet that gave clear instructions on how to fold this thing. Thank the sweet Lord for duct tape. Now, once it was put together it looked cute, but our cats are large and had a heck of a time getting into this thing. Once they did, it's so flimsy that they kept sticking their paws out through various openings and knocking this thing on its side and dragging it everywhere. In no time they went back to their old Travelpro luggage box, which is a lot sturdier and was a lot easier to assemble (although it doesn't look as cool). This is nothing more than a throwaway item, don't spend the money on this unless you recognize that it's as ephemeral as a greeting card.
