I have a 5lb chihuahua. She loves this bag. It took her a bit of getting used to as the entry-method is a little different from her other bags (which she can just jump into).But I liked this bag because it's comfy for me and her, it's light-weight, and it keeps her warm. It also has a little pocket for keys/bags, etc. The strap is comfortable. The zipper and materials are durable. I think for the price it's a great bag! If your dog is over 6 or 7 lbs though, I think it wouldn't be very good. My chi is 5lbs and is snug...not much wiggle room! So perfect for 5 lbs, but not much more!
carrier. First off, I felt the price was decent/affordable,
it is a well made product thou I felt the company could have
went a little further in its production by making it a little
larger/or size options,the shoulder strap padded. (its only padded so far up, not enough to pad your shoulder). That was more for looks/
the design of it instead of comfort for the one carrying it.
It is a pretty brown color, looks more like a purse instead of
a pet sling carrier, not bulky. Strap length adjustment.
Does have a deep pocket in front, but not very big and no
zipper for it. The accurae measurments on this product is
26x13x6 and was too small for my 7-8 lb. chihuahua.
(he would fit, but not enough to close him up some to keep
him warm in it. I will probably be sending it back due to
that. Other than that, I would have been satisfied with it,
kept it. It has a hefty padded bottom, which is great for the
pet, it is very quilted/warm. Almost like the pet would be
snuggled in a warm quilt when taking out in the colder seasons.
The zipper does not stay locked in place.
I gave it a four star because I felt it was a quality product
thou it is too small for my 7-8 lb. chihuahu and will probably
be sending it back as it doesn't fit my needs. I was dissapointed,
and looking forward to using it when taking him on outings
during the cold seasons. He can sit in it, but will not zip
far enough to keep him nice/warm and cozy.
If your pet is 7-8 lbs.+ you would be better off
getting a different sling style carrier. If your pet is under
7-8 lbs. it would probably fit nicely and love its warmth/cozyness.
Defenetly for the "small'er" pets.
