I bought this toy a few years ago for my Miniature Dachshund when she was just a pup. She LOVED the toy; always played with it and ran around the house with it in her mouth with such pride. A friend of mine came over with her Border Collie and her dog broke the noise maker. :( I could not believe how sad my dog was over this. Every time that she went to get her favourite lobster toy, she would always bite at its stomach just waiting for bubbly noises. (I have to admit, bubble noises are way more tolerant than your typical squeaky toys) I felt so bad for her, so I searched high and low and finally ordered online. My dog is so happy to have her favourite toy back!

My dog is insane over some toys that make noise like this that I found at Wal-Mart a few years ago. She has worn them out so I went looking for more. With those ones, all she had to do was shake them and they made noise so she did so constantly.

While this doesn't make noise nearly so easily, she still loves it. On these, when the dog squeezes them they make a noise...in this case you hear bubbles coming from the lobster. For a dog with a tiny mouth like a pomeranian, they might carry it by a leg or tentacle and not be able to create a noise but still, when I throw it in a game of fetch and I squeeze it she just goes wild.

There is something instinctive about them grabbing something and it making a noise that makes them have crazy fun with these.

Of the monkey, frog, and lobster the lobster is her favorite of this brand.

The sound effects, underwater gurgling, attracted my dog's attention to this incredibly entertaining plush toy immediately. She backed away from it, barked as if it were alive, then went in for the kill. Thrashing it around the room and acting like the lobster was the real deal, made both of our day.
