follow up to my initial review: After writing a letter to the company that the cats pulled the clipped-toys off this hanger, they sent me coupons and a few toys for my troubles. Awesome customer service from Sergeant's! Even though this is still hanging up with no toys clipped to it, my cats now jump up and paw at it every time they walk by. They also love the other stuff that Sergeant's sent me in the mail.first review: my 2 cats dont really like it. they reached up for it a few times and actually pulled one of the two hanging toys off, and broke it. rather than the quick clips disconnecting, the quick clip tore from the toy, so now i can't get a different toy to quick-clip to the hanger.
