I have a 1.5 year old Border Collie mix who could care less about balls. All she wants is a flying disk. Because of her energy level, she is always busy chewing things. It takes her about a month to chew a tear in this product. We tried a Nylabone disk and it was gone in an hour. If your dog likes to chase and catch and even chew their disk, this is the disk for you. I give it 4 stars because she is getting tears in them faster and faster. I know nothing is indestrutable, but she loves them so I'll keep buying them.

I have a 2 year old bull terrier that destroys all his toys. He loves frisbees but he chews up the edges then they become ragged and he hurts his mouth. I've tried Zogo brand and it's probably his favorite frisbee of all but he ends up biting big pieces out of the foam immediately so it's messy and doesn't last very long. He's had this frisbee a week now and there are no teeth marks in the material at all. It's also durable and strong but flexible. He uses it as a pull toy and to play fetch with it inside the house. It's a real winner!

I have a large black lab. We tried super tough toys for her to play with in the yard that were guaranteed to last for weeks, they barely lasted 3 days with her. She's a dog that will annihilate a rawhide toy within a half hour.

This frisbee though, it's significantly tougher than it looks. I believe it's even tougher than the Kong toys. I've had this toy for several weeks with her and she's only now caused a small tear, but try as she might, she can't do any more damage. It doesn't even show bite marks.

As opposed to a typical frisbee, if you've got a dog like mine with a severe, alligator/vise strength bite, get this toy. A typical frisbee also will come up with hard, sharp edges as the dog starts to mangle it. This product will never have a sharp edge no matter how much it gets beat up. Also, if you have a dog that isn't as strong as the incredible hulk lab in my household, this will likely nearly last forever for you.

If you're wondering whether to buy, just think about 2 big factors: how frequently does your dog chew and go through toys, and second, is this safe from sharp edges? The being safe from sharp edges was a big factor for me in buying this frisbee, and it turns out that this is one of the toughest products made.

Our dog is a year and a half old black lab mix. She had a really hard time catching this because it doesn't fly like a regular frisbee. She caught a cheap-o frisbee from myrtle beach better in fact. She did like to just jump up to grab it and she likes it as a general toy, but we don't like it as a dog frisbee.
