This is not a long lasting toy. It only lasts between 3-7 days in my house BUT it is (all three of) my cat's all time favorite toy so I keep buying them. My cats play with these things for longer periods of time and more intensely then they have with any other toy! I would definitely recommend this item to any cat owner

Some cat toys have a little catnip in them along with a big pad of filler fabric. But this Cosmic chili really has 100% catnip all the way through. Our cats love it, and spend a lot of time throwing it around, chewing it, or even licking it. I am so glad that we found the Cosmic Catnip brand!
