Comfort Wagon with Bike Connection

Researched the various brands and decided to go with the petego comfort wagon (medium) for my aging dog. She still likes to run with the bikes but after a couple of miles is ready for a break. Chose Petego for the shocks in back...we ride a lot of logging roads. Have had it just a week but setup was very easy, and my dog jumped right in. I keep the doors zipped up, but the sunroof open and she rides with her head out. The wagon seems very stable and the quality of the materials is very good. My dog weighs about 40lbs and I usually ride with a few extras in the wagon with her without any problems. You can certainly feel you are pulling extra weight, but like my dog, I am getting older too...would not hesitate to reccomend this product.

My dogs LOVE this thing! I have two. My husband pulls one, and I pull the other when we go biking! Our dogs love that they can come with us! People give a double take when we go cruising down the street. They think we are towing kids! And honestly we are! They are our kids. They get anything they want. If you love your dog and want a safe, smooth ride in a pet bike wagon... this is it!!!!

We were surprised that this seemingly high-end product would have deficiencies. I don't have time to go into the details of the list of issues we found with it but will give a brief explanation to make my point.

This stroller is not safe. There is a gap in the housing above the wheel which would allow legs/tails/leashes to protrude and subsequently be caught in the spokes/axle. I will submit a photo to make my point.

We are also under the impression that they shipped us a used stroller but included new wheels to make it look brand new. There were many signs of wear indicating the frame and "Dress" had been previously used. There was also a zipper issue which should have been enough to keep this particular stroller from leaving the factory.

We never actually took it for a test drive so I cannot comment on how it handles.

I ordered two or three of them can't remember and they all were defective. very cumbersome item to return won't fit in a vehicle for sure.

Had to arrange special pick up w/ truck.

instructions very confusing for trying to put together.
