I have two 60-lb Australian shepherds and didn't know if they'd fit.
The kennels came in 5 days and I love them! The company shipped them together too!
The canvas is heavy duty and fits well over the steel tube frame.
The measurements on the product description were accurate.
Set up is easy, just requires a little muscle tension. ;)
My dogs fit in the kennels well and can lay in them comfortably.
Can't wait to take them on a trip! This is a really nice soft crate. Even though the canvas is beige (cooler in summer than the dark green ones) it has black mesh, which seems to be easier to see through than the beige mesh. I like that the supports that make the crate firm are fastened in, not removable, and therefore not so easy to lose. The carry bag is a nice extra, although the crate itself does have a carry handle. It's a little heavier to carry than my other soft crate, but not so much as to keep me from using it.The crate is an ideal match for my border collie, and I greatly appreciate the light weight and carrying convenience. My dog is crate-trained and is not an aggresive chewer, so the rather flimsy frame and fabric construction (by which the light weight is achieved) are not a problem at all (but could be under other circumstances). The short and long zippered mesh side panels allow great placement flexibility, especially in a SUV. The crate has a zippered mesh top panel, which I open when the crate is in the SUV so that my dog can stick out her head from time to time for an unobstructed view (she loves this!) while still being effectively confined. Although the design concept is terrific, the cloth material seems stiff and oddly brittle and I doubt that it is durable for the long haul or for severe conditions. The crate comes with a pad and carrying case nice touches, but they are cheaply made and I have thrown them out. So, the bottom line is that I recommend this crate for its stellar design, but with reservations as to its construction.I ordered this because my dog and I are starting to attend agility classes and have great hopes to run a few events. When you're at these events and cleaning up the equipment after class you need to put your dog somewhere. Everyone seems to have soft crates. After looking and looking around I decided on this one for several reasons price it was cheap but seemed good quality. I was not disappointed. When you buy stuff online you never know I was thrilled when I opened the box. Has a soft zip storage case when its folded up and put away or I'm taking it to any event with a carrying strap so I can hold the dog with one hand and have this over my shoulder. It has good quality canvas or whaever the sides are with good zippers and they even thought to put velcro on the door(s) that zip and roll up in case your dog wants to sit on the edge of the crate. It doesn't have any kind of smell. A lot of reviews I read about a competitors product talked about some terrible smell from the manufacturing process. This has no smell. Perfect.
The next reason was ease of setup and weight. It sets up so easily, the included a page of directions which were appreciated but not necessary, cause its simple and intuitive. It's lightweight for me to carry but sturdy enough so my dog doesn't knock it over or anything.
A bonus is the side pockets for putting poo bags, water and stuff in.
All in all, I'm impressed, I love it and I would recommend it.
