Bought it as a gift for a family member who has a black dog. Said walking her at night could be hazardous because she couldn't be seen. The collar fixes that. It has different settings for flashing or steady light. She uses the steady light, which also helps her see around the dog. It has held up in the rainy Washington state winters so far, and does what it needs to do.
and 1 green. The first collar came ontime it was great.
The second collar came almost 3 weeks later
and was the wrong color and wayyyy different
packaging. It works fine but it should have been green.worked just as described. exactly what i was looking for. never had trouble see the dos at night while camping.I have a black lab who more or less disappears at night, and this flashing collar really helps keep him visible to cars and pedestrians.
