i used to find knobby balls in the local box stores but had difficulty finding them lately, so I took a chance and ordred these from amazon. One of my cats lived for these bouncy knobby balls and was the only toy she would play with. So naturally I was thrileld when I received them and they appeared the same as the orginals. Well they're actually nothing like the one's I used to get, these balls do not bounce at all. Maybe I got a bad batch but when you throw them they just land like a thud and stay there. My cat was so bummed, she thought, oh finally she found my favorite toy, but no...instead, total dissapointment ensued..... now the search continues.
These toys are a little smaller and a little softer than similar knobby balls. My dogs love them and thankfully they don't have squeakers inside.
