I use this when transporting my toy poodle in the car. The harness fits reasonably well and I'm able to run the seatbelt through the loop without much difficulty.

Unfortunately, the harness does not fit well enough as a walking harness. The chest area is a little too wide and so you see the dog walking a little funny when walking with the harness.

Even with that flaw, I'd likely buy this again since it was the best seatbelt harness I could find.

Note that the 'small' version of this was too big for the toy. While it would work in a pinch, the smaller harness fits much better.

This seat belt is very sturdy and works quite well. The yoke is soft and more comfortable for my little dog than some seat belts I have purchased before.
