I bought this toy from my local pet resort and training center for my 3 month old, Border Collie mix puppy, a month ago. It is by far one of his favorite toys, especially when it starts bleating, he charges after it and pounces it, shaking it vigorously from side to side. It is sturdy enough to play tug-of-war (provided you play it nicely and train the puppy to release when you ask him to) with a puppy, though I don't know how long it will last with a full-grown dog. The fleece texure is great, albeit faux, as he usually likes to chew on a piece of real fleece, as well. The squeakers in one of the loops now only makes a cracking/popping sound...I believe he has punctured it, but otherwise he is as happy as can be with it and will carry it around during the day. I have added it to my wish list so I can possibly receive more, since he really enjoys it, and has ripped open one of the arms now (after a month+ of vigorous, daily play).
My 5 month old American Bulldog likes this toy. Lots of squeakers, lots of areas to grab onto. The stuffing is really compacted so it makes it hard to "start" a hole. She did tear the face off but I stitched it back on with carpet thread and it has remained whole since. The "Baaaaah" noise is funny and only activates when it hits the ground fairly hard, much better than another duck she has that quacks when she bites it, usually in the last half of a favorite tv show. I will buy her another of this brand.
