My cat is extremely hard to buy toys for. Literally nothing I buy in local stores will entertain her. However, because she not only likes but has always been quite attached to the CFA Active Cat House Mouse with Catnip Solo Play Cat Toy Part #: 1929...I decided to diversify her playmates, & get her "Jakks". Thank you CFA, for creating toys my extremely hard to please cat will actually play with until they literally wear out. I've had to sew her CFA mice twice in 2 years, before sending them back into combat. Yours are the only toys my cat literally "loves to pieces," & I'm glad to truly get my money's worth from her purchases. This is, hands down, my cat's favorite toy. It has held up well over six months of hard use. The tail and paws are still intact, the first parts I thought would go. The rattle and catnip are great features--the rattle really seems to set off the toy as a whole. Highly recommended.

Although I am not sure what distinguishes this toy from the other 500 toys our cats have summarily discarded throughout the years, our cat loves this opossum, which we affectionately named Opi. This is the fourth Opi we have purchased because she carries this toy around, chews it, pounces it, and brings it to us nearly every time she discovers it. This toy has a good life span despite or cat's relentless need to chew the inner plastic circle to pieces (the plastic circle contains the metal bell). I suspect that this toy can endure years of wear and tear under normal condition (i.e., cat does not chomp on toy as if to crack into the center of a Tootsie Pop) . Highly recommended.I bought the opossum because my cats love the Active Cat house mouse. This was a huge hit too, these are their favorite all time toys. They play with them endlessly, bat and carry them all over the house. Their lifelike articulation makes them particularly appealing. This one has the added feature of a heavier patch of fabric over the squeaker, a real plus because sooner or later the cats try to tear it out. They are quite durable. Periodically I take a needle and thread to the visible holes so they last a surprisingly long time.I sent this to the cat of two good friends and she and they LOVE it (and I've seen it in use). Small, but looks like a 'possum and jingles too! Fast fulfillment.
