okay, I would give this a 5 on design but a 3 on functionality.

It's a really pretty piece but because there isn't a way thru the house, my kitties don't use it, ( I have 5 ) it really only leave 2 functioning levels, the 3rd and 4th. For the price that doesn't quite add up for me, but not enough to return it.

I think if they made a hole in the back of the house and the first and second platforms wider, it would be perfection. Kitties like safety with an escape hatch and the wider platforms, more room to jump from place to place.
