JMK 07160 Zinc Plated 42-Inch Dog Chain Lead with Nylon Grip

My puppy chewed through all the nylon leashes I had so I needed a chain one to keep her tetherd without being able to get loose. The only one they had at PetsMart was for nearly $20, so for the price, it can't be beat.

The only small negative is that the finger latch is slightly squared where most often it's more rounded. Still works just fine, just different than what I was used to.

Don't buy this one. It is cheaply made and the zinc appears to have some sort of corrosion on it. Had to lubricate it just to get it open. The slide button is tiny. The handle/grip is small and the fabric is thin and of poor quality!

I don't think this product is built to last. I would not get it wet, but for a dry day, if you have a nippy, leash biting dog, this will put a stop to it. (It's why I got this, as my puppy was going through a rebellious phase.)

The item was cheap, and I feel like the amount I paid and the use I should get out of it is definitely fair. If you want a better product, you can expect to pay more than the $4 Amazon charges for this as an add-on item.

Quality did not meet my expectations. Flimsy chain and cheap nylon grasp. Would not recommend this product. Especially for a large dog
