they looked the same as the ones you get at a pet store, but Georgie was able to totally destroy them in 5 minutes. They smell very strongly to plastics and he was able to destroy the core. The regular pet store item he will chew off the yellow coating but he cannot break the core. They don't smell. They smell so strong that I had to bathe him to get rid of smell off of him. And they are only a buck or so cheaper.
This toy seems dense and sturdy, but my toy-destroying Samoyed crushed both within about 5 minutes of playing with them. Would be a good toy for little dogs with weaker jaws.
