Neko Flies - Kragonfly with Rod - Interchangeable Toy

I recently purchased this item for my 6 year old male cat, who is as rambunctious as a kitten. He LOVES it! He chases it around the duplex, up and down the stairs, and from one side of the couch to the other. He is constantly chewing on the Kragonfly's wings, but they are made of a tough plastic-like material and remain attached. I've had other cat wand toys that broke within a week but this one is holding up really well. I'm impressed that the interchangeable toy clips onto the wand (rather than snap on using the metal link chain) as it seems sturdier. The string between the Kragonfly and the wand is quite long and the Kragonfly is small enough to resemble an insect but large enough for the cat to easily "catch" it. I'm so happy I bought this!

***UPDATE September 2012: My cat still enjoys playing with this toy, and although there are a couple permanent kinks (i.e. bite marks) in the string connecting the Kragonfly to the wand, it is holding up well!***

My youngest cat won't leave this thing alone, we have to hide it in the closet at night so he doesn't chew it up! The dragonfly has only come off the rod once, and we just tied it back on. A lot of fun, although one of my cats is scared of it!

my cats looooove this toy. i like it because it does not tangle up at the top like the other toy I have which is called the Da Bird which my cats also love to play with.
