15" Kitty Kick Stix Cat Toy - Love My Cat

I have to actually put these in my cat's paws for him to play with. I believe they do not have enough of a catnip fragrance for him to attack.

Our big Maine Coon cat loves these stix! He can be pretty lazy most of the time, but when he feels like getting a few minutes of action during the day he jumps on one of these Kitty Kick Stix and starts jumping around and kicking it in the air. So much fun to watch! The catnip keeps his interest, and he always enjoys trying to hide them under furniture over & over again. He doesn't play with toys for long usually, but when he's in the mood he always goes back to one of these stix. They were very well made, and quite large which is good for our huge cat who loses small, light toys much too easily. Overall: a great product that I would recommend!

I have four cats at home and 2 of them love catnip and catnip toys. I have never seen them interested in this toy. I gave one away to a friend of mine for her cat. Very disappointed.

Update: My friend tells me her cat absolutely loves this catnip stick. So it depends on the cat. Her cat doesn't have a million toys like my spoiled cats do, so it probably appreciates the smaller amount of toys to play with.

My cats were all drawn to the sticks. They ignored them during the day but as soon as it got dark, they started showing interest in them. They seem to be drawn to them and like to lay on top of them and around them. They also use them to bite and kick so a kick stick is a good name for these.
