I chose the Petco Bungalow because they are a reputable company, and if I needed to return it they have a great return policy, plus a retail store near me. I went with one that was in the 5ft range, because I have yet to find a cat tree 6ft+ that doesnt have reviews saying it is unstable. The price was on sale for $79.99 and Petco had sold out, so I was abe to purchase it from Petco through Amazon.
This Cat Bungalow was very affordable, and if I had it to do again it would be worth paying full price! The material used is very soft & cozy. There is no bad small. The tree was easy to assemble. It is extremely sturdy! The enclosed cat house has plenty of room for my cat. None of the shelves are too small, they are all comfortable for my cat. The scratching posts are great! The height is also great. I was afraid it might be too short for my cat who LOVES to stretch out and stretch up, but it is perfect! I highly recommend this product for cats & kittens of all ages and sizes. It comes with feathers to hang as well as extra hooks to hang some of my cats favorite smaller toys. I will definately purchase a 2nd one in a few months for additonal climbing fun. I am confident a taller one will be just as sturdy.
Cat Tested, Cat Approved, 2 Paws Up!!! If you are looking for an affordable cat tree and are on the fence about making this purchase, I say go for it.I initially had issues when this was first delivered by the carrier service, they damaged the box severly enough to the point that another package that had glass in it broke and made its way into my cat tree package. PetCo was awesome about sending a new one out and returning the one in the damaged box at no charge. This was extremely easy to put together, that was amazing. Before we finished putting it together, my kitten was all over it. We didn't put the very top perch on, it was too high for my kitten so we have that packed away for now. She loves the options for toys that dangle from the platforms, she goes nuts over it. Well its been 2 months I've had this bungalow now and I can say I'm highly disappointed at this moment. The main supporting post, under the little house, has loosened two or three times and was easy to just turn and tighten, well, I was cleaning yesterday and notice that the WHOLE bungalow is leaning at a very dangerous angle. I've tried tightening the post to no avail, it just keeps turning and turning. We took it apart to see if there was anything we could do to alleviate its tipping but our efforts have been in vain, the post won't tighten and its unsafe for my kitten. My kitten is only 6 pounds, if that, and does not jump on and off of this too roughly, she's a baby, not like an older cat, so I know its not from her weight or force. The amount of money spent on this means I shouldn't have such a problem so soon after purchasing, but I am. I wrote to PetCo today hoping to have the issue taken care of, its my kitten's favorite perch, money that wasn't anything to sneeze at and quality that I expected which was not upheld at this point. Be careful if you have a larger cat or the upper perch attached to make sure it isn't too top heavy so you can avoid structural issues!!!!!!

We have four indoor cats. They all seem to like their new "cat bungalow." One in particular really likes the highest perch. The cat bungalow is sturdy; however, I do feel more comfortable with the bungalow placed against a wall for additional support as it does shake a bit if one of our heavier cats climbs to the top. Al in all, this is a very good purchase.Read Best Reviews of Petco Premium Tree Bungalow for Cats, 19.7" L X 28" W X 55" H Here
We have 2 cats, both about 12 pounds. I chose this cat tree because of the layout of the levels. The top platform is the only one that doesn't have at least 2 supports. It's nice and sturdy and our cats love it. If only they could learn to share...Want Petco Premium Tree Bungalow for Cats, 19.7" L X 28" W X 55" H Discount?
