My Bengal Cat loves Boca Rats. We have several. No stuffing to fall out--the eyes and nose are secure "glue" dots--the whiskers are secure string--we have found them to be very safe.
My cat loves these rats, I have to replace them periodically because they get lost or get maimed. He likes the white ones best for some reason and I often find them in his water bowl. It's always fun when I give him a brand new one that still smells like fur and I get to watch him toss it in the air like a pizza. A favorite toy. My two kitties bat them around, carry them to all corners of the house, under the furniture, and into the water bowl. There are usually several hiding under the furniture that are only discovered when the supply gets low and I start the hunt for missing rats.

My cat absolutely loves these rats. They are his all time favorites which he drags around, hides and plays with all the time. They are well made with no stuffing to fall out and will last for quite a long time. I think they are worth every penny.
