Pup Treads Tire Dog Toy

We just purchased our third tire for our dogs. It continues to be one of their very favorite toys. We find that with our two dogs wrestling with this toy, it lasts for about a year. Not bad considering how aggressive my dogs are with the toy.

My dog is a big chewer and we recently put in hardwood floors. I bought this toy hoping that it would hold up to his aggressive chewing and that it would be softer on the floors than some of his hard plastic bones. He loves it and it is so cute watching him carry it around in his mouth. So far there are no signs of damage form his teeth.

Our favorite game is to place one of his balls inside the tire for him to try and get out.

I have a beagle cattle dog mix who LOVES tires. Although the real bike tire he has obviously lasts allot longer, this one is perfect for inside the house. He does eventually destroy this tire but he's only gone through 3 in a year which is really saying something because he plays with it every day and has some really impressive teeth. It also keeps him from destroying anything else in the house.

We have a year old labradooble. she has been spoiled with about 10-15 toys up until this point, and by far the most durable, and one of the cutest has been the pup tread. When she wants to play she grabs the pup tread first, then the tennis ball. We got the 4inch one at a store. she had that one from about the time she was six months up until now. it's probably the only toy she hasnt been able to chew through. the white logo has worn off slightly but other than that it looks almost as good as new. No that shes a 45 pounder we upgraded to the 8 inch. i give it like an overhead backhanded throw to roll it down the street, which is fun for me too, and she chases after. pup treads are great toys all around

My dog chews til things are gone. He did rip this one up to pieces but it took him much longer than normal. But he has so much fun playing with it because of the way it rolls and bounces. When he was halfway through destroying his first I bought him a second and he is very ginger when playing with tire #2. It's his favorite toy now. And as rubber toys go, this has a pleasant smell that lasts even after tons of slobber and dirt. Dogs enjoy ripping these things apart.... Let them enjoy it!
