I bought one of these and after I saw how my cats loved it I bought another one. I have one upstairs and one downstairs. I love the color and the design. I like that it's lightweight, but on the other hand, it may be a little too light. It gets knocked off the door handle all the time, which isn't much of a problem, just a small nuisance. A good product for the price.

I hang this on the door of my oven to distract the cat from the oven gloves and that has worked to a large extent. He likes the feather and sometimes plays with it. I don't have any problems with it falling off as have tied it on. The reason he does not use it much for scratching is I think because it swings around too much, but as it is only attached at the top, I should have realized that would happen.

The only problem is the cotton material used for the piece on doorknob. Tends to slide off onto the floor. My cats love it!

Miss Flower decided this was a "no nothing" item. I don't think there is too much catnip in it, as she only got "happy" the vey first time she layed on it! I hang it and she doesn't seem to be interested at all. She prefers the scratching post.

I believe the problem is that the scratch mat, when hanging, is unstable. It moves. She tried to scratch the first time, and when it moved back and forth, she totally ignored it and walked away. Has never been back. I've tried to coax and entice, but its a "no go". So, either she is too persnickity or the product is just not the best for a cat.
