I bought this cat furniture after my cat successfully scratched the sisal rope off of another tower (although that did take several years). He loved this piece immediately; he actually started scratching it as I was removing the individual pieces from the box. Very sturdy and quite easy to assemble. Also the perfect height for looking out of windows. Although he is a bit large for the hide-away, he will stick his paw in and retrieve treats and toys from within. The hanging toys are a nice decorative touch, but they don't get that much play. Good quality and quite a bit cheaper on Amazon.com in comparison to other retailers (e.g. Petco.com, Petsmart.com).
