If I could give it -5 stars I would. This product is sold with the key word for conures. Make no mistake, this is a cheap, dangerous and poorly made toy. Seems super cute, my bird loved it at first (baby green cheek conure, very mild chewer). The day we put it up, he got his toes stuck in the basket (they taper and get smaller at the bottom)and later that day, we turned around for a second and he had opened the chain. Not a big deal, except that the open link caught his lower jaw and gave him a punk style piercing, complete with hanging ball. Okay, so he wasn't mortally wounded and was still actually playing with it, but my husband had to use wire cutters to remove it from his beak. STAY AWAY!!!!!

This bird toy is cheaply made and was unusable after just a few minutes. Maybe my lovebird just excells in

dismantling chains, but the ball came off the chain almost immediately. Same thing happened with this

company's bird guitar. Even though these toys are relatively inexpensive, they are a total waste.

All I can say about this toy is that Koko, my 8 months cockatiel, really enjoy it.

Once I installed it in Koko's cage, he gets near the toy and watch it for about 5 minutes, them, all the fun begun!!

He plays several hours a day with the toy.

I can't talk to much about durability, because the toy have been used just for a few days; however the materials looks just fine, including the mirror, that was one of my bigger concerns, in terms of Koko's safety.

I really recomend this toy to cockatiels' owners.

I wish I could give this toy negative stars! Yesterday I noticed a little bit of blood on my cockatiel's chest feathers. At first I thought that he had pulled out a feather or something. However, today I looked at his cage and the was a considerable amount of blood on this toy and smaller amounts of blood on other parts of the cage and he has not been acting like his normal friendly self since. This leads me to believe that he got his neck caught in the toy. PLEASE KEEP YOUR BIRD SAFE AND DO NOT BUY THIS DEATH TRAP!!!!

My two parakeets play with this toy a lot. They really like taking the ball out of the basket so I'll drop it in the basket at random times during the day only to find it back on the outside later. :)
