I bought this for my friend's cat. My friend's teenage daughter has as much fun playing with it as does the cat. The cat is not as big on playing with it on her own unless someone is whacking the toy around for her. She is an older cat so not as playful as used to be. I would think a young cat would really like this. It is sturdy and holding up well after months of use. Still makes the chirping noise like it did on day 1.
I bought this toy at a pet supply store and i thought it would really entertain my 2 new kittens. They only took interest for a minute or two, so i do put it away, and get it out every couple weeks but i am still amazed that they don't like it much. I thought it looked like any cat would love it.
