Buy Green Interactive Feeder- Eat Slow Now
I got this feeder for my 1-year-old Alaskan Malamute due to the fact that he devours his 3.5 cups of food in about a minute flat. With the Green Interactive Feeder, it now takes him around 7 minutes to complete his meal. I would recommend this product for anyone that wants to assist in a speedy eater's health and life longevity. The price seems a little high for what it is, but it's worth it.Read Best Reviews of Green Interactive Feeder- Eat Slow Here
I've got 2 dogs, a Rottie, inquisitive 2yr old, and a Boarder Collie, 4yr old rescue. At times, my Rottie will inhale her food and suffers from bloat, which means she expunges it back up in minutes. This generally after we had a good hike or play session and one of the abnormalities per both my trainer and vet. So, I have gotten several inquisitive dog feeders, balls, trays, etc. and the Green Feeder fits right in, with a couple of other plus, in my opinion. The Boarder Collie is still adjusting to his new home and still in the shy-submissive stage, though coming out of it bit-by-bit. He is still uncertain of most of the feeding toys, but he also just started accepting treats. Knowing the breed, he'll be right in there once he regains his confidence.
Two major plus:
One, the Green Feeder holds more kibble/gold fish/cheerios than the other inquisitive dog feeders I've bought.
The other plus, has come about with our adoption of the Boarder Collie. Both now do a feeding competition between them, using the Green Feeder as a common kibble/snacks feeder, has allowed me to keep a snack out for them between feeding times.
The only draw back is cleaning, easily solved with a tall glass cleaning brush. Yes, I clean there dish just as I do mine.

I was very skeptical at first, when I saw this product. I have an Australian Shepherd that acts like she is an Ethiopian! This dog acts like she never gets fed, when food was placed in a normal bowl.I bought this thinking I'd give it a try. I put food on the Green feeder and managed to read my mail and take a 15 minute shower, came out, and she was *still* eating! It took her almost 30 minutes to eat all of her kibbles. At one point she even walked away, getting either full or annoyed with the "game."
One thing, design-wise, that I would change/add would be a suction cup on the bottom so it stays in one place. This might be an easy fix at the hardware store. I have an all-tile home, so the dish does slide around quite a bit.
Great product though, overall, and definitely does what its intended to do!
