Cat Condo/Scratching Posts Aren't Cheap! So I looked at a lot of products in stores and on the net before making my selection. I did put a coat of latex paint on the inside of the houses before I let the kitties move in just in case I had to wipe something up and to keep odor from absorbing as easily into a porous surface and it was worth the extra effort. The material on the condo cleans easily with a wire fur brush or vacuum and I've had many many people ask about how and where I got it. As for the kitties, one of the three can always be found on a top perch and another in a house. I would buy the same thing again.

this came in a good size box the tree is huge I cant believe the price! I was able to put it up during my 1hr lunch break I didnt get the stairs on yet but my cats LOVE it. I got the leopard print and the material it great I have had this tree for about 8 months now and I have 4 cats they have yet to tear anything off of it, very durable. Get one!

I purchased this cat house about a year ago and it has been worth every penny! I rescue older, unwanted cats and this house has been an invaluable tool to help with socialization techniques. I questioned if the parts were coated with "catnip" during assembly. They were all over it rubbing their scent on the various parts. This multi-level tree can only be reviewed by my 'cats' as they are the ones that use it. After assembly and placement near the windows the cats have never used the enclosed compartments except as a stepping stone to gain elevation. It must be said that at least forty wild turkeys and not less than 15 'wild' peacocks look for food in my backyard which may account for this action. They love the individual perches and often have small fights in asserting ownership. With the hieght of the tree I was concerned about it tipping over, however to date "two months" it has never tipped even with the young year-old Cougar (Grey tabby) claiming the top perch. The perches are large enough to accomodate my 16 pound twelve year old which was also one of my concerns. All in all if I were to buy another 'tree' in my situation I would find one with more perches and only one compartment. Five stars here!

When i baught this product, I wasnt sure if my cats would take to it....well they since have basically have made it their second favorite place to lay other then the window sill.
