Delivery was extremely fast and the construction is excellent. The picture is deceiving because it is built for a very small cat or a kitten. I have 2 cats and neither can fit in the circle or the bed on the top. The material was very soft and very sturdy. Just disappointed because the compartments are much smaller than they appear.

First I have to say that the price of this product alone is about 1/4 of what I have seen elsewhere. I was actually afraid I'd get ripped off because it was so cheap. Boy was I wrong! This tower is amazing! It's extremely simple to put together. It took me about 15 minutes, with a nosy kitten and a "helpful" 14 month old, plus I messed up a step and had to redo it, so I bet it would take 5-10 minutes if you were uninterrupted. Once I got it together, I was a little worried about the stability, but I now have 2 kittens that jump all over this tower and my now almost 16 month old 24lb daughter climbs all over the thing and it hasn't budged a bit. This is a great quality product!

Loved my cat tower. Fair price shipping was a little high but well worth it. The tower showed up early and easy to put together. This tower matches my other tower and pieces can be moved around, added or taken away. Much better than buying a tower at the pet stores.

The product is a great price. It arrived quickly and is very stable. The boys use it constantly. Unfortunately, they have already outgrown it, and they are only six months old. They spill over the edges of the crow's nest and get stuck in the circle. Also, the edge of the crow's nest is already ripping and we've only had it for three months. It is definitely serving its purpose but I think I might replace it fairly soon with one with full size perches.

Made for kittens not full grown cats. Top was to small for my cats to sleep on. Pointless to ship back. The cost to ship back would be the same as the return so I'm stuck with it.
