I had bought the narrower version from this company and my kitties were loving it, but there just wasn't room for all on it... So when I saw this "double-wide" version, I just had to order it!! So glad I did.... Now four kittens can sleep on it or two adults can stretch out across it and the "mountain" is perfect for scratching or launching attacks on each other... Since the narrow one is still in incredibly good shape for the wear it gets, I tried putting it next to the double-wide and it is a whole new game for our crew... the long "tunnel" under the mountain is perfect for hide and seek... Love it, love it, love it.. and when it is too badly worn, it is totally recyclable....

I own a cousin to this one and will be ordering this one this week. I can say they hold up incredibly well, even when being used by many cats of different sizes and play styles. The foster kittens love them and the grown cats tussle over who gets to be on it (hence the need for this one). I have used many cardboard scratching items over the years, but this is by far the best quality, longest lasting one I have ever purchased. It is well worth the price being asked and more. I never have to sweep up cardboard flecks from the floor, never have shreds of paper come off, I have even had fosters teething on it and my original is still going strong. For my money, any Kitty Kan product is worth its weight in gold.
