Cat Cave Color: Brown

I could tell that my less social cat needed somewhere to hide away from us so I was looking at something to give her some privacy. I took a chance on this Cave and I'm very glad that I did.

It is difficult to tell from the picture whether this Cave is a quality piece of cat furniture. It is.

The cave is solid and heavy. The carpet covering is tough. It is not shredding even though my cats are clawing, climbing, and attacking it at full speed.

I expected my cats to use it to hide. They do this, but they also use it to play. One cat sits on top and the other cat sits inside, and they play with each other, sticking their paws out and attacking each before other racing away again.

Highly recommended.

The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is because the color was not as dark as the picture. I ordered Brown and received a beige. However my 16 pound cat loved it within minutes of taking it out of the box. I put some cat nip inside to attract him and he's been hanging out inside ever since.

I ordered brown and they sent me beige. I contacted the seller and they said they build these from carpet remnants and the shade varies. I tried to remedy this 4 times with NO SUCCESS!!! :(
