My 110 lb labrador loves this toy. He will play fetch and make it squeak and never destroy it. However, I bought another when I got two terrier-mix puppies. It didn't last a day with them. You would be surprised how destructive a couple of 3 month old puppies can be. They ripped at the felt and had it almost stripped the first day they had it. I realize they were teething, but they were 11 pounds each. I thought that a company like KONG would have been a little more careful with how they glued the felt onto the toy.

My Yorkshire Terrier loved this toy. He'd go crazy squeaking the hell out of it! It was pretty entertaining seeing him trot around with it in his mouth.

He did manage to tear the outer "tennis ball" covering, however it was partially my fault as I wasn't really paying attention when he did it.

I also purchased the KONG Squeaker shaped like a bone, and that one has held up considerably better than the bowling pin.

My dog loves this! The material is similar to a tennis ball (yellow fuzzy stuff) but it's pliable when bitten, like a squeaky toy. Seems sturdy and has a nice bounce and a good loud squeak. She likes to play tug-of-war with it.

My black mouth cur loves tennis balls. She loves them a little too much :). She got this toy and played with it for a while but then started to chew it. It did not hold up well to her chewing, but it is not a surprise since it is very close to a tennis balls material. I gave it 3 stars because she did love it so much and it did last longer than a tennis ball :). Overall its a decent toy, and if your dogs not a chewer then it will last a while.
