ok so i don't really ever review items i bought, but with cat jumps/trees/ mansions there is a lot of bad products out there. you may buy one and find out its all cardboard and falls apart/over when your cat is playing on it.

this product stands alone. it is the best one i have seen. all wood no cardboard. i have three cats from small to large and it can take all three even when they fight.

con: really hard to put together. comes in different lengths of 58, 60,70, 30,and 32. nothing about if they are in inches or what. hard to tell which piece is which. the instructions tell you to lay them out from longest to shortest but i still had to take it apart twice because i missed something. the instructions show the product all assembled with number like paint by numbers. so you have to follow this poor way of assembly. but you must build the smaller houses first or you'll have to start the mansion over again becuase the small houses fit inside the mansion. leaves are pretty poor too. i mean its a mansion for a cat, you think the cat will do nothing but play with these leaves so make them stronger... no they break easy and its pointless to put them on.

i would recommend this to all cat tree/jump/mansion buyers out there. because once its up the cat/s will love it.

GREAT product. Good contructions, fairly easy to put together. Instructions could be a little easier to follow. My only cat loved it from the start, even before I got it put together completely. I WOULD recommend this brand to my own mother, not just my friends. It could use more green foliage on it, giving the cat more hiding spots.

I give this product mixed reviews. With a few tweaks it could rate a 5 easily. It's large,(6 feet) weighs 135 pounds and offers lots of options for cats to climb on,hide out or lie in ambush. That's the good news. Things I did not like include the construction instructions. It's a nightmare to put together and took an friend experienced with construction 3-4 hours to complete. The company could help customers cut this time in half if they would label the pieces. Just use a simple A, B, C format on the boards. A attaches to A, B attaches to B and so forth. Upon opening the box i nearly sent it back.

My cat loves the leaves, a plus and they need to be attached to the stems much more strongly.( a con) My cat is 8 pounds and easily tears the leaves off daily. So again, it's a mixed review. She loves the leaves and I am disappointed with their quality. Please attach them stronger. We have two larger cats and the perches are too small for them. The size should be doubled. This is a big problem and if you have large cats this may not be a good system for them.

I intend to modify mine and add more toys to play with. Overall it's been a good edition for me and if you have a smaller cat(s) I recommend it. It takes up about 4 feet square of floor space so make sure you have the room.

I would like to see this company address the size and quality issue. It would be great if the carpet came in lighter tones and I'd like to see some very contemporary mid century designs. Kitty Mansions Amazon Cat Tree, Blue/Beige

I bought this cat tower a little over a year ago. It's held up really well, and all of my cats love it. They each have their own favorite spot, so it works even though they don't all get along. It feels very sturdy (one of my cats constantly sleeps on the top bed part), and I like the soft fur-like feel of the carpeting. They refuse to use the little hammocks, but it's still pretty cute. Overall it has been great, however I do agree with all the reviews talking about how confusing the instructions are. I ran into this problem myself, so I looked up directions on youtube. It is still a ton of work, but it went very smoothly and I didn't run into any problems once I followed the video instructions step by step. After finding and saving our kitten from sudden death...like really...we bought this tree. She ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT!!! She even watches t.v. from it...lol...the build quality is excellent and the the fabric they used to cover it was excellent. You have to take your time to get everything laid out and also to find the holes to screw the parts together but it was all worth it. Now I have to train the cat how to climb down. She would climb all the way up to the top but get scared and meows. LOL!!! Good product, I recommend it!!!
