It's a nice tree, very easy to put together and sturdy. The problem is, is it is rather small. I have a big cat (not fat, just big) and this is almost too small for him to enjoy. My kitten loves this though, especially the dangly mouse!
The platforms and cubbyhole would probably only fit a small/skinny cat, also, the top platform, the middle was cut out and covered with the fabric, presumably for a cat's curves to fit into. I think it's silly and unnecessary.
All in all, it's a good, sturdy tree, but too small, but I suppose that's my own fault for not thoroughly checking the measurements.
The box it came in was nice though, that has become my cat's favorite hangout now...I purchased 2 of these trees and they both arrived damaged. The ladders are broken. I phoned the company and ask for replacement parts. They assured me someone would call me back. That was 4 days ago and not a word.
You can clearly see this was a manufacturing issue. I am sure the lack of proper packaging didn't help.
The trees are ok for small cats but nothing with any weight. Within the 4 days the perches are both unstable. So for almost 200.00 I have 2 broken ladders and 4 unstable posts. Guess I will stick with Pet Supply Plus for my cat trees. They are solid and will last for years.

We wanted something for our cat to climb on so she could get away from the dogs if she wanted to do so. As it turned out, she preferred to be on the floor with the dogs...until we put the condo in our sun room! Now she spends hours on end on various levels of the condo watching the birds at our feeders! Placing it in the room with windows on 3 sides made all the difference! This product appears to be one that the cat will enjoy. My only complaint was no one bothered to include instructions for putting it together. Could have done without the mystery assembly!!!Want Go Pet Club Cat Tree Condo House, 32-Inch W by 25-Inch L by 47-1/2-Inch H, Blue Discount?
My kitty loves this tree! I spend a large part of the days away from home and wanted something to entertain my new cat while I was gone. She is strictly a house cat so she needs her exercise too [away from my furniture!]. The tree is sturdy and wide, I think it's highly unlikely the thing will tip over. The middle section with the hiding cubby is small, however. My small cat fits fine, but if you have a pretty hefty cat, this may be a concern. But then again, as many times as I've seen my previous gargantuan cat cram himself in tiny cardboard boxes, they might not mind the squeeze.
