The cats do play with it but the ball gets caught in almost every piece where it snaps together and there are alot of pieces that snap together. And it keeps coming apart. If you want one just get the original turbo scratcher we have one and the cats love it.

This is a relatively inexpensive cat toy for its size, and there's a reason for that. The pieces do not snap together easily, nor do they easily stay together. There are no instructions in the box on how to make the various configurations, so it remains a matter of trial and error.

My cats managed to take the track apart within 10 minutes, and proceeded to lose the ball under a piece of furniture. However, for those 10 minutes they had a heck of a good time, so all in all I suspect it was a success. I think I'll duct tape the seams together. That might prove effective.

If this could be made a bit less cheaply, and if it included some instructions, this would be a complete winner.

I completely disagree with the previous reviewer. First, you have to make sure you snap each piece together completely. Then once you have it all together, make sure the ball can get all around it without stopping. If it does stop somewhere, just give the plastic a little bend. All fixed! And the only time it will 'fall apart' is if you pick it up. This is a wonderful cat toy and my 3 cats just love it! We have 2 sets so far and I plan to add more sets to change up the design. I love the new teal color too! Great job, Bergan!

We love the Turbo Track Cat Toy. We purchased two to begin with and just ordered two more to lengthen the track. We did have some pieces of track where the ball had difficulty getting through. I called Bergan and they sent replacement parts for free. We have 6 indoor cats and when one starts playing with it, most of the others join in to either watch or play. I highly recommend it. As the previous reviewer says...it does not fall apart if you snap the pieces together properly. My only major problem with the turbo track is that I want to keep buying more tracks to expand it. It's so versatile, you can lay it out any way you desire.

This item didn't work. The ball got caught up on the edges of the track pieces. It sort of worked as just a circle but other toys do that better. Returned and learned.
