I am NOT the type of person to spend money on cat toys! ... I am very playful with my kitties and usually have plenty of great fun with just string, boxes, bags, and crumpled receipts, rather than buying toys....But this tunnel is great! At first they were scared of it, but within 20 minutes they were zooming through it, hiding, ruffling around, while I was throwing things inside it for them to retrieve. My older kitty likes to sleep in it sometimes.
You have to INTERACT with your cats with this toy, though! Don't just expect them to love it right off the bat, you gotta show them how fun it is. Drag string through it, or put catnip in it, for example. Have fun! :3
What a cheapo disappointment. This tunnel has almost no ribbing in it at all, so it will not stay open. It's just a sad, deflated pile of material definitely not a tunnel. It went straight back to the store.

I had bought a shorter tunnel for my cat & assumed he wouldin't like it because anything I buy for him that's suppose to be great "entertainment" for cats he ignores & plays w/ the plastic bag or box it came in! I'm sure all of you other cat parents understand this all to well,lol! However he actually loved it so I wanted to get him a longer tunnel to attach to the one I had. I went to PETCO & this was all they had. It had a tear in it so they gave me a whopping $1 off & I still bought it because I knew my cat would love it & he does. Unfortunately I didn't realize how small width & height wise it was. When I tried to attach it to his original tunnel it was literally half the size but pretty long. I have an adult male & although he may be slightly chunky he's not a fat pig, he's a typical house cat really. Well he loves the tunnel but because it's so small when he runs through it his chunky little butt gets stuck. This is made for kittens or small cats. If your cat is larger,either height or width,they will get stuck. So just keep that in mind before you buy it. I would have taken it back but he really does like it so now I'm searching for a larger one that will accommodate his chunky self. I just hate to see him trying to fly through it at warp speed to only get stuck at the end. If I had a smaller cat it would be perfect.Save 15% Off
