First, the ball is quite large yes, I know it says 5"! I should have taken the time to get my ruler out!The main reason I bought this ball is that I am looking for a ball that pulls apart so you can refill the catnip as the scent dies off. This ball cannot be separated.
The good news is: if you have a cat who is rough on toys, this is the toy for you!
